Resources for Understanding HTML

HTML can be a little difficult to understand if you're not used to any kind of programming language. There are a lot of pages out there that can give you great explanations. Here are some webpages that give not only a great explanation but also some examples for you to follow!

• This website has shorter and to the point explanations about what HTML is, a brief history, and gives the reader examples so they can understand the language better. I found it very helpful as well.

2. This resource goes into deeper detail about HTML - might be a denser read but it provides good information about HTML and different aspects of its different properties.

• This resource gives a you some information about CSS with more options for you to explore and read into more detail about CSS in the left hand section.

• Although this resource does not dive deep into explanations, it gives you a way to practice coding CSS with exercises that allow you to fill in components.

Sometimes designing a webpage can be difficult. There are a lot of factors that you need to consider when creating a webpage. Here are just some resources to help you understand some of the factors.
